The Midvale Community Lutheran Church Immigration Action Committee invites you to a special training event. If you have been wondering how you can serve the immigrant community during these difficult times, this training is for you!

This training is presented by Voces de la Frontera.

In this training, participants will learn about the Community Defense Network established and expanding in Wisconsin and Dane County. This session provides an overview of the efforts led by VDLF to support and safeguard immigrant communities across Wisconsin. Topics include the purpose of the community hotline, available resources, and key procedures to follow when ICE agents are present in our neighborhoods. Additionally, the training emphasizes how allies can demonstrate solidarity and provide support to immigrant communities during such incidents.
